Unfortunately, we live in a very letigious world. Have you done all you can do to innoculate yourself, your company and or employees from costly and even crippling litigation? Litigation often ensues from foreseeable injurious acts in which the company and or its management did little or nothing to prevent or prepare for.
Businesses have acute responsibilities for its employees in terms of providing workers a safe and secure environment in which to work. Being forewarned is being forearmed.
Our consulting services allow us, with your collective input, to formulate a psychological - behavorial composite of a troubled employee or troubling situation. After formulating the composite we can then use the appropriate threat management stratedgy and potentially coordinate our intervention strategies with other professional resources. Our training allows employees to have operational knowledge on what troubling signs to look for and better yet what they should do with their observations and/or concerns. Employees are the company's eyes and ears.
And, if something horrific should occur it's advantageous to have employees to default to their highest level of training. Has your company employees been properly trained? Do you know what it takes to create a safe and secure work environment? Do you know how to deal with difficult people or lessen sexual harassment occurrences in the work place?
"Jimmy was here May 06th & 07th to give us instruction in "Security Awarness", "Work Place Violence" & "Dealing with Difficult People". The employees and I found that not only were these classes great learning tools but Jimmy is a great teacher. When you have someone that can speak from personal experience, the information tends to be retained more. The fact that Jimmy teaches on a level that is equal to those in attendance make a big difference."
